The project consists of the demolition of existing concrete paving, earthwork, and utilities required to construct a new 460,000 gallon 12-lane, 25-yard short course swimming pool with depths ranging from 3’-6” to 12’-6” and a surface area of approximately 8,000 square feet.  The new 800 square feet concrete masonry mechanical pool building was designed to service all of the pool equipment needs, which includes a chlorine room that houses the chlorine tank, acid room, and pool utility room that provides space for the pool’s tank filter system, heaters, and other mechanical and electrical utilities and equipment.  The new swimming pool is enclosed with a new 10’-0” high ornamental iron fence and approximately 17,000 sf concrete pool deck.
