This is a significant project that represents a new elementary school with modular building construction; the multi-use is the only permanent building on this site. The design challenge was to capture the qualities of a permanent building campus through modular construction. There were some construction savings when comparing this modular construction project with a similar permanent school building design, with nearly 25% savings in construction costs.
